Private, personalized birthday parties designed around your child, hosted in our boutique art studio. Each celebration is thoughtfully curated to match your child’s age, interests, and party theme, creating a stress-free and memorable experience for families.

What’s Included
Private 3-Hour Party
A relaxed time block designed to allow for guest arrivals, food, approximately 90 minutes of guided crafting, and time for cake, ice cream, and presents.
Private Use of the Shop
All parties are scheduled when the shop is closed to the public, providing exclusive use of the space and a calm, secure environment for your group.
Custom-Planned Craft Project
Each child creates a finished art project to take home. Projects are planned specifically for your party and are:
- Designed around your chosen theme
- Age-appropriate and confidence-boosting
- Selected in collaboration with the parent ahead of time
No two parties are ever the same.
Materials, Instruction, and Setup
- All craft materials and tools provided
- Aprons and table protection included
- Guided instruction during the creative portion
- Full craft setup and cleanup handled by me
Tables and Seating
- Tables and chairs for all guests
- Standard table coverings included
If you would like theme-specific tableware or specialty décor placed on tables, those items are provided at the parent’s expense.
Birthday Child Gift
A special birthday gift is included for the guest of honor as part of the celebration.
Refrigerator and Freezer Access
Available for cake, ice cream, drinks, and party food.
Decorating and Party Prep
Parents may schedule a pre-party decorating time the day before the event at a pre-arranged time.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations, backdrops, balloon arches, and themed décor. All craft setup and preparation are handled by me.
Outside vendors are welcome with advance coordination. A list of suggested vendors is available upon request.
Any décor or items you plan to take home must be removed within 30 minutes of the party’s scheduled end time.
Optional Upgrades
- Additional guest spots, up to a maximum of 20 crafters
- Premium or higher-level craft projects
- Goodie bags for guests
- Coordinated or all-inclusive party décor
- Extended party time beyond the standard 3 hours, subject to availability
All upgrades are finalized in advance to ensure a smooth party experience.
Pricing
Kids Creative Birthday Parties start at $550.
The base package includes up to 10 children and all standard features listed above. Additional guests and upgrades are priced based on your party needs.

Each party is carefully planned from start to finish, and I work closely with families throughout the process. From project design to party flow and cleanup, every detail is handled with intention so your child feels celebrated and your guests leave with something they are proud of.

Because each party is custom planned, birthday celebrations are booked by inquiry.
