Looking for a birthday party that feels special, stress-free, and completely unforgettable? Our kids parties are a boutique, private creative experience designed to celebrate your child in the most personal way.

This is not a cookie-cutter party package. Every party is thoughtfully curated around your child’s age, interests, and theme, so guests leave proud of what they made and parents leave feeling like, “Wait… that was actually enjoyable.”

A Party Designed Entirely Around Your Child

No two parties here are ever the same and that’s intentional.

Every celebration is designed from the ground up around your child. From the craft project and color palette to the overall vibe of the event, each detail is thoughtfully planned to reflect your child’s personality and your family’s vision.

Families have full creative freedom when it comes to decorating the space. Bring your theme, your ideas, your inspiration photos, your balloon arches, and all the fun details. I’ll work with you ahead of time to make sure everything feels cohesive and special.

Projects are never one-size-fits-all. Each craft is carefully selected and designed based on:

• The children’s ages
• The party theme
• The group dynamic and skill level

My goal is for every child to feel confident, successful, and genuinely excited about what they create.

From One Mom to Another

As a mom myself, I’ve hosted my fair share of birthday parties. I know how exciting it is and I also know how stressful party day can be when you’re trying to juggle decorations, food, the schedule, and a room full of kids while still wanting to actually enjoy your child’s celebration.

That’s exactly why our parties are designed the way they are.

From planning to cleanup, my goal is to take the burden off your shoulders so you can be present for the fun parts, enjoy the moment, and watch your child have the best day ever.

What’s Included in the Basic Party Package

3-Hour Private Birthday Party

Your party includes a full 3-hour time block to allow for a relaxed, enjoyable flow. This time is ideal for guest arrivals, food, craft time, cake/ice cream, and presents.

Typical party flow:

• Guest arrival + food time
• Approximately 90 minutes of guided crafting
• Cake, ice cream, and presents

No rushing, no chaos, no cramming everything into a tiny window.

Private Use of the Shop

All parties are scheduled when the shop is closed to the public. This means:

• No outside shoppers
• No unexpected foot traffic
• A private, secure environment just for your group

Parents love the peace of mind and kids love having space to create and celebrate comfortably.

Up to 10 Children Included

The basic party package includes 10 child crafters.

Maximum Guest Capacity: 20 Crafters

We can host up to 20 total crafters to ensure the experience stays high quality, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Custom-Planned Craft Project for Each Child

Each guest creates a finished art piece to take home, and every project is planned with intention.

You don’t choose from a huge generic menu. Instead, I work directly with the parent to create a project that fits:

• Your child’s age group
• Your party theme
• What will be fun and achievable for the guests attending

All Materials, Tools, and Instruction Included

• All craft supplies provided
• Use of shop tools and materials
• Aprons and table protection included
• Guided instruction during the creative portion
• Each child leaves with a finished project they’re proud of

Tables, Chairs & Standard Table Coverings Included

Your party includes:

• Tables and chairs for guests
• Standard table coverings
• Full craft setup, prep, and cleanup handled by me

If you’d like theme-specific tableware or specialty décor items placed on tables, I’m happy to put them out for you, but those items are provided at the parent’s expense.

Birthday Child Gift Included

Every party includes a special birthday gift for the guest of honor. It’s my way of making sure the birthday child feels extra celebrated and seen on their big day.

Refrigerator + Freezer Available

Refrigerator and freezer access is included for your party, perfect for:

• Cake and ice cream
• Drinks
• Snacks or party food

Decorating & Party Prep

Pre-Party Decorating Time

Because party day can feel like a whirlwind, parents are welcome to come in the day before the party at a pre-arranged time to set up decorations.

This is when you can:

• Set up backdrops
• Build balloon arches
• Style the party tables
• Add any themed décor you’d like

I handle all craft prep and craft setup, so you’re not managing that piece at all.

Outside Vendors Welcome

Outside vendors are welcome as long as details are coordinated in advance so everything flows smoothly. I also have a list of suggested vendors available upon request.

Cleanup Policy

Cleanup of the craft area and party space is handled by me.

Any décor, backdrops, balloon arches, or items you plan to take home must be removed within 30 minutes of the party’s scheduled end time. This helps us reset the space efficiently and keeps things easy for everyone.

Optional Upgrades

Families who want a more elevated or all-inclusive experience can add upgrades to their party. These are finalized ahead of time so party day stays smooth and stress-free.

Popular upgrades include:

• Additional guest spots (up to maximum capacity)
• Premium or higher-level craft projects (specialty materials, larger projects, added details)
• Goodie bags for guests
• Coordinated decorations or full all-inclusive party styling
• Theme-specific props or specialty materials
• Extended party time beyond the standard 3 hours (subject to availability)
