This sweet petite girl is full of antique charm that’s sure to melt your heart. She has been painted in a pale blush pink with pops of ballerina pink skillfully blended in. To further add depth, antiquing wax was applied to her many lovely details. The layers of paint and wax create a genuine timeworn finish all while still remaining elegant. Her dovetail jointed drawers have been restored and are lined with a quality paper in a complementary floral motif. She proudly sits atop her original wooden casters. And although she is an antique she is also quite the modern-day gal; as you can’t help but notice her gorgeous restored front legs left unpainted for a spectacular contemporary twist. The exquisitely showcased hardware, which is original to the piece, has been updated and meticulously aged to stay true to the time period.
Abigail is packed full of character from her scalloped detailed top all the way down to those unpainted toes. Sized impeccably for a child’s room or even perfectly displayed in an entryway nook the placement possibilities for her are endless.
